So Scott and I were talking about websites last night, and I mentioned that I was working on getting my site put up [hosted by Danny]. I showed him what I had done so far, and he made some suggestions; one of which that I look into WordPress. Since I’ve always thought Scott’s site was pretty sweet, it didn’t take much talking for me to jump on the WordPress bandwagon. Since it has Flickr and LiveJournal support, I’m thinking that I should have a pretty sweet site up and running in no time. God knows this is way easier to work with than bothering with layouts, teaching myself CSS and PHP, and messing around in Dreamweaver. I think I’ll save that for my parents’ site. ;)

This site obviously isn’t even close to done [just what I need - another unfinished project!], but I’m pretty excited. I think this’ll be really nice when it’s all done. Maybe I’ll even have learned something.
