More Islamic Hacking Fun
April 30, 2008
Look what I found…it’s a proxy from our friends in Jordan and Saudi. You won’t mind if my friends and I use it, will you, my little goat-loving buddies?
By the way…I was reading your messages last night, you freaks. You know there are no 72 virgins, right? Hacking my site won’t get you more heaven, more grapes, or more poontang. But keep trying. I’m enjoying watching you.
Pig’s blood be upon you, your prophet, and your moon-god.
DNC Ad Shows U.S. Soldiers Being Blown Up
April 30, 2008
If this doesn’t get your blood boiling, I’m not sure what will.
The Democratic National Committee has sparked outrage among veterans and others across the internet by running an anti-John McCain ad that shows U.S. soldiers being blown up.
After the new ad’s voice-over castigated McCain for suggesting that the United States may stay in Iraq for “maybe 100” years, the footage becomes shocking.
The DNC ad then shows an explosive device detonating near two soldiers standing beside a palm tree. The two soldiers disappear in an explosive fireball. The video also shows images of burning vehicles.
The fact that Dems would even THINK of using the deaths of two American soldiers to further their defeatist political agenda makes me want to put THEM by a palm tree with an IED. The thing is, they’re gleeful about it. They’re unapologetic. Do they not get that those soldiers are someone’s husband and father and brother and son? What kind of ghouls are these people?
Military Judge Narrows Issues in Chessani Court-Martial; Trial Moved to June 17th
April 29, 2008
In what is perhaps the most asinine travesty of justice I’ve seen in quite some time, the judge presiding over Lt. Col. Jeffrey Chessani’s court-martial in the Haditha case has, in the immortal slang of some of my friends, “stepped on his crank.”
Amid the flurry of arguments in the hearing on several motions earlier in the month, comments by military judge, Colonel Stephen Folsom, USMC, has shed some light on how he will conduct the trial of Lt. Colonel Jeffrey Chessani. According to the judge, it makes no difference whether the Marines in LtCol Chessani’s battalion did or did not kill civilians in cold blood – the issue for the jury will be whether LtCol Chessani should have reasonably suspected his Marines killed civilians in cold blood. [...]
Observed Thompson, “A military jury could find LtCol Chessani guilty even if it concluded that his Marines did not kill civilians in “cold blood,” no Law of War violation actually occurred, and his decision not to conduct a formal written investigation on the November 19, 2005 Haditha incident, was the right decision based on the actual facts – all prosecutors would have to show is that LtCol Chessani should have suspected a violation in order to find him criminally guilty.”
What kind of justice is this? None. This is a disgusting mockery of law, and because of it, a decorated, honorable officer who has served his country well for many years will suffer even more than he has already.
Marines Launch Major Offensive in Afghanistan
April 29, 2008
OUTSIDE GARMSER, Afghanistan - U.S. Marines in helicopters and Humvees flooded into a Taliban-held town in southern Afghanistan’s most violent province early April 28, the first major American operation in the region in years.
Several hundred Marines pushed into the town of Garmser in predawn light in an operation to drive out militants, stretching NATO’s presence into an area littered with poppy fields and classified as Taliban territory.
Helmand province is the world’s largest opium poppy growing region and has been a flashpoint of the increasingly violent insurgency the last two years. British troops - who are responsible for Helmand - have faced fierce battles on the north end of Helmand.
U.S. commanders say Taliban fighters had been expecting an assault and were setting up improvised explosive devices. It wasn’t known how much resistance the Marines would face in Garmser, where the British have a small base at the town’s edge but whose main marketplace is closed because of the Taliban threat.
Miley Cyrus and the Vanity Fair Photos
April 29, 2008
Are we sick of Miley Cyrus yet? I know I am. At first, it was a good story. Cute little girl, daughter of Achy Breaky Heart guy, gets TV show where she hides the fact that she’s a star or something. If you’re ages 6-14 and female, like Miley’s audience, it’s a plausible thing. It’s a multi-billion dollar industry, this Miley Cyrus craze, and to be frank, it was really only a matter of time before the princess lost a shoe.
Enter Vanity Fair and Annie Leibowitz, who featured Miley in the new issue. The issue, of course, wasn’t the fact that Miley Cyrus was in Vanity Fair. The issue was that her clothes weren’t in Vanity Fair.
I’ve seen the photo in question, much like every other person in America by now, and if she was 21, it’d be one thing. But she’s 15, people. Fifteen years old. Not old enough to have a driver’s license, but old enough to appear in Vanity Fair wrapped in a bedsheet?
VF claims that Miley’s “parents or her minders” were there the whole time. That means, this debacle is on them. Miley’s a child. Her parents failed. End of story.
RWN Interviews Me on Dating
April 28, 2008
My friend John Hawkins at RWN, who has (sadly!) had to put up with many a conversation with me about how there are no good-looking, conservative, honorable men anymore, interviewed me and five other women for his new piece on conservative dating.
If you’re coming from that article, welcome! Poke around, have some fun, and above all, leave comments. My site got hacked big-time 2 weeks ago by some Islamic donkey-lovers in Jordan and Saudi, and I’m still trying to get the site back up to par traffic-wise.
UPDATE: TSO over at The Sniper says that not only am I uber-hot (for him, apparently), but I’m also the winner of the “race to get bestiality and anal sex mentioned in NYT.”
To the Islamics In Saudi and Jordan Who Love Goats
April 27, 2008
UPDATE: Apparently, the wussy liberals over at Digg didn’t like my original title and refused to allow readers to submit it. Never mind that the entire post is in response to a bunch of these animals hacking my site for the glory of their fake god and child-molesting prophet. But I digress. I’ve removed the sodomy reference for y’all because I’m really a nice girl at heart, but the rest stays. By the way, welcome to my NYT readers.
Language alert…click at your own risk (Mom, that means you!)…
Sorry about the title, folks, but I wanted to make sure the little weenies over at PC-XRAY (link is through an anonymous browser) see this and feel all chapped in their well-used asses. See, the little jihadi wanna-be who was hacking my site last week was spotted on his little secret squirrel forum bragging about his exploits to his little donkey-doing friends. I’ve posted the Google-translated screenshot because I want them to see I found them, first of all, and secondly so we can all laugh at their stupidity.
They got into my site using a security vulnerability in Wordpress 2.5, which has since been remedied with version 2.5.1. I’m hoping they see that too. They are rather annoyed, however, that I blocked the guys in Jordan that got in the first time. I’ve taken to blocking every single Middle Eastern country. I guess you pieces of Islamic trash will have to find another way to visit.
By the way, your prophet was a babyraper, a fool, and a barbarian animal dog. Just like you. You’re a bunch of pigs. And one last thing–your site looks like a 12-year-old built it in Geocities.
Pendleton 8 Background: Judge Was Openly Biased
April 27, 2008
In the Lt. Phan case, defense attorneys submitted this memo to the presiding judge, who had engaged in unethical and improper conduct throughout the proceedings.
From: David Sheldon
To: Investigating Officer
Subj: Article 32 hearing ICO United States v. Phan
Date: 28 January 2007
Sir,
1. On behalf of my client, I wanted to state for the record the following:
(a) The defense believes a classification review should be undertaken without delay. We ask you to make this recommendation;
(b) Your recommendation that an investigation into the testimony and conduct of both certain NCIS agents and the three Marines at issue should be initiated and is appropriate. These matters are important as you well recognized;
(c) Your recommendation regarding counsel should include the trial team as well. It became abundantly clear that Major Plowman and Captain Gannon became witnesses when as Major Plowman said “I believe this witness (LCPL Kraus) is lying regarding whether or not he met with me in August of last year.” I should note that Lance Corporal Kraus testified that he did not remember meeting with Major Plowman. Additionally, I have concerns about the testimony of two junior, enlisted Marines who testified that two members of the prosecution team, a Captain and a Staff Sergeant Logan, may have sought to improperly threaten them and/or improperly influence their testimony. The defense team has acted in a manner consistent with their ethical obligations. Your comments that these Marines’ affidavits were “colored by a third party” are without any basis in fact. As you well know, all three Marines testified under oath repeatedly that their affidavits were voluntary and accurate;
(d) Finally, I am deeply concerned about your repeated statements regarding the credibility of witnesses and the validity of the charges on and off the record prior to hearing all of the evidence or commencing your deliberation. Your comments that you will use your personal experiences and beliefs with respect to operations in Iraq as a bellwether for what is and isn’t legal and what is or isn’t credible in the present case, and your representation that you intend to use your personal past experiences and relationships with NCIS and its agents, are equally disturbing. In my 16 years of practice, I have never seen an investigating officer or military judge make such patently biased and inappropriate comments. Nor have I ever seen an investigating officer or military judge ever prevent a counsel from making a record as you did just prior to the close of the hearing. Your actions clearly violated L T Phan’ s right to a fair and impartial hearing and were an attempt by you to play to the media in order to put the Marine Corps and NCIS in the best possible light. Moreover, your obstreperous, condescending (to include your loud exaggerated sighs and eye rolling) behavior and repeated derogatory comments to Lt. Col. Cord during his closing comments were offensive and without precedence. In sum, you paid lip service to L T Phan’s right to a full, fair and impartial Article 32 hearing.
I insist that you make this memorandum an exhibit and attach it to the record.

Pendleton 8 Related Background
April 27, 2008
This press release came out 2 February 2007, and gives a frightening look at some of the machinations behind the Phan case. (Lt. Nathan Phan (callsign Ronin) was the platoon leader for Sgt Hutchins’ squad in Hamdania, Iraq.) NCIS misconduct, JAG misconduct, undue command influence, it’s all here.
F-117 Nighthawk Retired
April 27, 2008
I was lucky enough to not only see the Nighthawk fly on several occasions, but also to get an up close and personal tour as a scrub mechanic at an airshow in 1995. It was an amazing, beautiful aircraft in many ways, and it doesn’t seem right that it’s retired already when the F-15 and F-16 are still kicking after so many more years in the fleet. However, the F-117 Nighthawk was built almost with “spare” technology from earlier fighters, and was obsolete very early on.
From Wikipedia:
The F-117 has been used several times in war. Its first mission was during the United States invasion of Panama in 1989.[23] During that invasion two F-117A Nighthawks dropped two bombs on Rio Hato airfield.
During the Gulf War in 1991, the F-117A flew approximately 1,300 sorties and scored direct hits on 1,600 high-value targets in Iraq[1] while flying 6,905 combat flying hours.[24] The F-117 comprised only 2.5 percent of the American aircraft in Iraq yet struck more than 40 percent of the strategic targets.[25] “During their mission, the F-117A pilots delivered over 2,000 tons of precision-guided ordnance with a hit rate of better than 80 percent. Although the 37th Tactical Fighter Wing Provisional and its 42 stealth fighters represented just 2.5 percent of all allied fighter and attack aircraft in the Gulf, the F-117As were assigned against more than 31 percent of the strategic Iraqi military targets attacked during the first 24 hours of the air campaign.”[24] However, during the war, it performed rather poorly in its dropping of smart bombs on Iraqi military targets, achieving a success rate of only 40%.[26]
It was among the only U.S. or coalition aircraft to strike targets in downtown Baghdad. Among the aircraft the Nighthawk shared this distinction with were the F-16s which attacked Baghdad during daylight on 19 January 1991 during the “Package Q” mission - the largest single strike flown during the war.[27]
Since moving to Holloman AFB in 1992, the F-117A and the men and women of the 49th Fighter Wing have deployed to Southwest Asia more than once. On their first trip, the F-117s flew non-stop from Holloman to Kuwait, a flight of approximately 18.5 hours – a record for single-seat fighters that stands today.[1]
It has since been used in Operation Allied Force in 1999, Operation Enduring Freedom in 2001 and in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003.
Another Railroad in the Making: Nelson Recommended for Court-Martial
April 26, 2008
CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. –A hearing officer recommended a court-martial for a Marine charged with murdering an Iraqi detainee captured during fierce house-to-house fighting in Fallujah, Iraq.
Lt. Col. Thomas McCann said in his findings Wednesday that there is sufficient evidence against Sgt. Jermaine A. Nelson to order him to trial.
Nelson, 26, is one of three Marines accused of shooting unarmed captives in November 2004 during some of the heaviest fighting of the war. Nelson has said he was following orders from his squad leader, Jose Nazario Jr., who is also charged.
Only Iran is Stupid Enough
April 24, 2008
…to show up at a military trade fair in Malaysia with weapons systems they’re not supposed to have or export.
Malaysia has expelled Iranian defence firms from a military trade fair.
The Malaysian deputy prime minister, Najib Razak, said the firms breached a UN ban on Iranian arms exports.
“They displayed equipment that clearly contravenes the UN resolution, such as missiles and missile systems,” he said.
Bush taps Petraeus for head of CENTCOM
April 24, 2008
Worst. Possible. Decision.
WASHINGTON — Army Gen. David Petraeus, the top U.S. commander in Iraq and the public face of the war effort there, Wednesday became President Bush’s nominee to supervise U.S. military operations in the Middle East and Central Asia as head of Central Command, putting him in position to oversee American strategy in Iraq for years to come.
Lt. Gen. Raymond Odierno, who worked closely with Petraeus as the No. 2 commander in Iraq until two months ago, was nominated to receive a fourth star and take Petraeus’ current job.
Why is this a bad call? Because putting 50,000 more troops in Iraq and tying their hands as tightly as the ones already there doesn’t win a war. Taking the handcuffs off the ones over there now and letting them do what needs to be done would.
Anti-war students disrupt career fair at UC Santa Cruz
April 24, 2008
Antiwar students are out showing their idiotic lack of coherent thought processes again.
SANTA CRUZ – Performing a spoof on TV award shows, a dozen students opposed to military recruiters disrupted a UC Santa Cruz career fair Tuesday, giving Marine and Army officers certificates for being “the best manipulator of sexuality” and telling “the most lies in advertising.”
The Students Against War demonstration, which followed a rally and march of 100 activists, was tame compared to a 2005 clash that led UCSC to close the event. No injuries were reported and no arrests were made Tuesday.
There’s a great editorial here on the event. Perhaps not everyone over there is stupid.
Protest organizers say their goal this year was to engage people in nonviolent civil protest and not to shut down the career fair because they believe students should have the choice to talk to military recruiters if they want.
We find that talk encouraging — though the words ring hollow. Another of the protesters told a reporter that “military recruiters aren’t welcome here.”
Which is it?
We’d also like to ask protesters if they do not want recruiters targeting uneducated minorities, why protest a job fair on a college campus?
We expect college campuses to be hotbeds of free speech. We encourage it. Heck, it’s our stock in trade. But we like to listen to, and give a voice to, myriad opinions.
Protesters ought to give it a try.
75th Ranger Regiment Takes First at Best Ranger 2008
April 22, 2008
I have a special place in my heart for the 75th Rangers, and so I was quite pleased to see a team from the 75th won the Best Ranger Comp this year.
FORT BENNING, Ga. - Staff Sgts. Michael Broussard and Shayne Cherry of the 75th Ranger Regiment crossed the finish line Sunday in first place after a grueling weekend to win the 25th Best Ranger Competition.
Brothers Capt. Jeff Soule and Maj. Greg Soule took the second spot representing James Madison University ROTC; and Sgt. Jeremy Billings and Sgt. Jeremiah Beck took third representing the 75th Ranger Regt.
This year’s field of competitors included almost 30 teams from force generating units in Training and Doctrine Command to operational units from Forces Command, and both active and reserve components.
The core 2008 Best Ranger Competition events involved foot movement, engaging and destroying an enemy target, evaluating, treating and evacuating a casualty, and the demonstration of physical and mental toughness. Upon completion of the three-day competition, during which no sleep was scheduled, each Ranger team moved in excess of 60 miles, with equipment, and fire nearly 250 rounds of ammunition using multiple weapon systems.
