Paranoid Much?

Brian Wilson, a reporter for FOX News, had the audacity to break the “rules” yesterday at a cozy photo-op held in Sen. Harry Reid’s private office.

What rules, you ask? Michelle Malkin gives a hint: “Only incredibly inspid[sic] and dull questions for Dems allowed!” I mean, God forbid they actually get asked a question they’d have to stop and think about.

At any rate, naughty Brian raises his voice, he talks over people, and asks Dean the same question, three different times, in three different ways. I like this one best:

[Wilson] asked Dean “if people are focused on the other things that you’ve said about hating Republicans, about Republicans being dishonest and then this latest comment about the Republican Party is full of white Christians. You say you hate Republicans — does that mean you also” hate white Christians?

Nice one, Brian. No wonder His Screechness didn’t answer. Later, horrified Hill staffers poured their hearts out in an email to Wonkette (who redefines the word “trashy”, but don’t get me started). Reading their email reminds me of how much I hate whiners. They actually wondered whether Wilson was a “rogue Republican staffer” because *gasp* he didn’t have his press credentials on and he asked “incredibly pointed questions”. [You mean, questions that require honesty, intelligent forethought, and/or a sense of personal responsibility.]

Bottom line is, Dean should think before opening his mouth Dean should talk, all the time, at every opportunity. In fact, everyone needs to email Dean and ask for an interview. Make sure you tell him you’re white and Christian. Oh yeah - tell him you drive a truck with a Confederate flag in the back too, just to confuse him. If you really want to have some fun, finish it all up by saying you’re gay.

Preach on, Howard. We love you. I’m singing Welcome to Dean’s Jungle right now in solidarity.

Political Teen
has the video, which is amusing if you like to see key Democrats looking rather like a deer just before being hit by a car. Then again, you could just turn on FOX for that. Captain Ed has something to say too, as well as Polipundit, who reports that Brian Wilson is not a “big moose”, as some have called him. He is, in fact, a gazelle.

UPDATE: So, um, if Howard Dean and Dr. Phil were in a fight, whowouldwin? AYC has the answer.
